Classified Order Guideline
 You can order a classified ad for both NY Japion (newspaper) and ejapion
(website) here at ejapion.com. Classified ads posted on ejapion can be
edited online around the clock, and changes are updated immediately. Also, you may search and edit
your past advertisements for a re-order. Please review below guideline
before proceeding to order.
■ Unit Price
1 to 5 lines: $20/week
6 to 10 lines: $40/week
11 lines and up: $4 per line
Logo/Photo Price $20/week
A logo or a photo alone will not be accepted as an advertisement.
＜Letter Usage＞
13 Japanese and English capital letters per line; 26 English lowercase letters and numbers per line. e.g., An advertisement for 5 lines can contain up to 65 Japanese and English capital letters, and 130 English lowercase letters and numbers. An advertisement for 10 lines can contain up to 130 Japanese and English capital letters, and 260 English lowercase letters and numbers. ＜Spacing＞ If you insert a blank line in your advertisement, it will also be counted as one line. ＜Payment Method＞ We accept Amex, Visa, Master and Discover Cards. If you would like to pay by check or money order, please download an order form at ejapion and then fax or mail your completed application form with your payment. ■ Long-term Discount Rates
We offer discount rates for a long-term listing as below. A full amount must be paid upon the order.
■ Deadline
Deadline for both NY Japion (newspaper) and ejapion (website) is every Monday at 11:00 am (EST). Orders received before the Monday deadline are printed in the same week issue of NY Japion (published on Friday) and posted on ejapion on Friday at 12:00 midnight. We do not accept any cancellation or content change after the deadline.
■ Advertisement Period
Orders for a classified advertisement are accepted from a minimum of two weeks. We do not accept orders for only one week or with intervals (i. e., every other week.).
■ Changes and Cancellation
The content of your advertisement on ejapion can be modified at any time. Otherwise, you may contact us or send us your new advertisement contents before the deadline (Mondays at 11:00 am) for the same week issue. Confirmation is required for all content changes. Your advertisement can be deleted upon request. Cancellation or refund, however, is not accepted.
■ Advertisement Listing Policy
Trend Pot NY, LLC lists advertisement material that meets the standards and conditions for our listing policy. We shall not list any advertisement materials in any of our media publications if an advertiser has any of the conditions described below:
1. If advertiser’s business field is, directly or indirectly, related to unethical sex industry. 2. If advertiser’s business activity or policy is explicitly recognized against the law. 3. If advertiser has been convicted for vicious business practice or any other social malpractice. 4. If advertiser would potentially cause disadvantage to readers or cause their misunderstanding. 5. If advertiser is recognized with possibilities of invasion of privacy, agitation, or support for discrimination. Trend Pot NY, LLC shall not list or publish expressions of any of conditions described below: 1. Graphics, photography, or written expressions with sexually-oriented images 2. Expressions with false information and misleading advertisement that may deceive readers 3. Expressions with possibility of illegal perception 4. Expressions with no proof or supporting sources for being “the number one” 5. Expressions challenging competitors or defamation of others in the same industry We may decline any other expression if recognized inappropriate for the publications. ■ Important Reminder for Help Wanted Advertisement
Your company name, address and phone number are required for any advertisements in Help Wanted General, Restaurant, and Clubs/Bars. All employment advertisements must comply with Equal Opportunity Employment Law (EOE). It is prohibited by EOE to discriminate employees by age, gender, ethnicity, or religion.
■ License
We may request a U.S. official license/certificate for the following businesses: real estate agency, moving service, acupuncture and massage therapy.
Please note that we may refuse to print your ad if you fail to provide a valid license/certificate.

layout purpose, the number of lines of an advertisement on ejapion may
differ from that of the original.
